Design and implement scalable architecture for an AI agent platform requiring complex integrations, and compliance constraints while ensuring long-term extensibility and sustainable, supportable solutions for diverse client internal stakeholders turning them from AI non-users to champions.

Acted as primary architectural advisor to Professional Services, guiding trade-off decisions across functionality, integrations, data models, compliance constraints, and long-term extensibility. Designed future-state architectures and workflows within boundaries, proactively identifying technical and operational risks related to integrations, data integrity, and adoption, mitigating them prior to production rollout while teaching over 200 non-technical, global users to harness the power of AI
